01 We Do Not Sell or Trade Your Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial use. This applies to your email address, your name, your company, your quiz answers, and your computed score.
02 How We Use Your Contact Details
If you provide an email address, we use it to:
- Send you the verification code that unlocks your quiz results.
- Send you a copy of your results.
- Alert you to new features, new quizzes, and other relevant news from TANIA (The AI Native Impact Association).
We will not use your contact details for any other purpose without first asking you.
03 Unsubscribe at Any Time
Every announcement or newsletter email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us at [email protected] and ask to be removed from all future communications. Transactional messages (such as the 6-digit code that confirms your quiz email) are not affected by unsubscribing, because they are needed for you to access your own results.
04 Third-Party Analytics
We may use a privacy-respecting analytics provider to collect anonymized usage statistics on our behalf. This data helps us understand which pages are popular and where the site can be improved. We do not share, sell, or trade this analytics data with anyone, and the analytics provider operates under written agreements that prohibit them from doing so on their own behalf.
We do not load advertising pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or social media trackers.
05 Who Sees Your Results
If a manager invited you: only the inviting manager (and you) can see your individual results. No one else inside or outside our organization has access to your individual score breakdown.
If you took the quiz on your own: by default, only you can see your individual results. If you choose to enter a manager email address on the email capture screen, we will also send a copy of your results to that manager. We disclose this on the form before you submit it.
Our application operators may view aggregated and anonymized data for diagnostic purposes (for example, to detect a bug in scoring). Operators do not browse individual results except where strictly necessary to resolve a support ticket you opened.
06 How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data for as long as you permit us to. You can revoke that permission at any time by emailing [email protected], and your data will be deleted from our active systems promptly. Backups roll off on a normal retention schedule after deletion.
07 You Can Delete Your Data at Any Time
To request deletion of your account, your quiz history, your results, or any subset of the above, email [email protected] from the address on file. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within a reasonable period.
08 Your Information Is Kept Private with Us
Your information is stored on infrastructure under our control, protected by standard access controls and encryption in transit. We do not publish, display publicly, or share your information except as described in section 05 above (your inviting manager, or a manager you explicitly opted to share with).
09 Sponsors Do Not See Your Information
TANIA may work with sponsors and partners who help fund the free public service we provide. Sponsors and partners do not have access to your personal information, your email address, your quiz answers, or your individual results. Anything we share with sponsors is aggregated, anonymized, and does not identify any individual participant.
10 What We Collect
For every quiz attempt we may collect: your email address, your optional name and company, your optional manager email address, your quiz answers, your computed score, and basic technical metadata (your IP address and User Agent) used to protect the service against abuse.
11 Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
